Customer Notifications
Subscreasy subscription system can send the following notifications to the customers via email when the time comes:
- Subscription Started
- Trial Period Ending: This message is transmitted 1 day before the end of the trial period.
- Subscription Renewed
- Renewal Failed
- Subscription Finished
- Subscription Cancelled
- Price Update: This message is sent when the price change is made in the offers.
You can update notifications sent to your customers via the administration panel.
You can personalize your notifications by adding variables to your email templates. You can also save your own HTML designs as email content and send visual notifications.
