Freemium Offer

You can offer completely free offers to your customers using the subscription subscription system.

Free offers do not require credit card information from your customers, as is the case with trial period offers. When subscribing to an offer with a trial period, the customer might not make subscription because they need to provide credit card information. When you offer a free offer, the customer will not hesitate to subscribe as he will not provide credit card information.

To create a free offer, you must follow these steps:

  • After entering the new offer screen, enter "0" to the "Price" section. freemium-en
  • "Trial Period" information is not required in freemium offers.
    Therefore "Trial Period" field is disabled.
  • Press the Save button.

Freemium subscription is terminated automatically at the subscription end date. No fee is charged from the customer.
